What is your turnaround time?
· Turnaround time depends on job types. Full color printing of business cards and postcards generally take 2-3 business days. Silk laminated products take anywhere from 4-8 business days.

What payment options are available?
· We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept paypal.

What other items do you print?
· We print menus, cd covers, tickets, wedding invitations, and much more. We do a lot of printing of items not posted on our website. Email us or give us a call for any printing questions.

How can I send you a print job or image?
· We accept digital files via cd or dvd. You can send your files via email at design@art-graphix.com. If your files are to large to email, we will give you access to a ftp address.

What type of files do you accept?
· We accept .pdf, .psd, .tif files, .eps, .ai and high res jpg files. The resolution should be at least 300 dpi.
